It is highly recommended to adopt lean and agile methodologies to optimise the likelihood of attaining product-market fit. Key steps include understanding your customers, concentrating on a single value proposition, and developing MVPs. At YJCollective, our solo freelancers and teams are well-versed in lean-agile practices (through learning and mentorship), enabling us to build, test, and iterate rapidly. Product teams must collaborate closely with founders and their teams to convert their mission and vision into a solution that addresses customer needs and validates the founder's assumptions.
